Objectivity and impartiality
Every opinion is based on facts and technical analysis, weighing favourable and unfavourable elements with neutrality and without acting for one side.
About us
Our inspectors are judicial expert surveyors in property matters, construction experts and judicial experts in refurbishment works and defective workmanship. This background allows us to detect the most common issues in new-build and resale homes, as well as hidden defects, and to document them with the rigour required for the outcome to be useful both technically and, where needed, in legal proceedings through an expert report.
REQUESTWe are judicial experts with proven experience in building defects, after-sales issues, refurbishment works and site execution. That practical background helps us separate cosmetic matters from what is truly relevant, identify the source of the problem and assess its real impact on durability, safety and habitability with sound technical judgement and responsibility.
We inspect the property using an organised method: enclosures and building envelope elements such as carpentry, seals and insulation; finish quality; and visible installations including plumbing, electrics, air conditioning and ventilation. We assess damp, cracks, levels, floors, bathrooms and kitchens with clear checks so you understand what is happening and why.
We deliver an expert report with evidence, including photographs and precisely described findings, together with conclusions and recommendations. It is a key document if you need to claim against a seller, developer or builder, because it technically records the defects and gives you a solid basis for negotiation, counter-expertise or legal proceedings.

At Verify Home Inspector we are members of the Spanish Association of Judicial Experts. Our membership of AEPEJU reinforces our commitment to independence, technical rigour, ongoing training and the preparation of expert reports with a clear, well-founded methodology suitable for use in court proceedings, claims and technical property verification processes.
This link supports our way of working: technical rigour, objective analysis and the preparation of clear, robust expert reports for property purchases, new builds and construction defects.
