How long does a technical inspection take?

For a complete technical inspection covering up to 200 critical checkpoints, the visit usually takes 3 to 4 hours depending on size, access and any extras to be checked.

How much does an inspection cost?

It depends on the type of property and the number of square metres. As a reference, many inspections are around €450 and include the visit, evidence gathering and the expert report.

How quickly do you deliver the report?

After the inspection, the usual delivery time is 24 hours. In any case, the report is delivered within a maximum of 48 hours.

Do I need to be present during the inspection?

Yes. The owner or an authorised person should be present for access, keys and clarifications so that the visit can be fully used.

Do you carry out inspections at weekends?

Yes, subject to availability. An inspection on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday carries a €50 surcharge for the requested time slot.

What is the difference between a technical report and an expert report?

The expert technical report is signed by a registered judicial expert, supported by regulations and evidence, and is suitable for court claims.

Do you check electricity, plumbing, thermography and damp?

Yes. We review electricity, plumbing, thermography, damp, leak detection, measurements, levels and more than 200 control points.

How do I book and how do I pay?

Booking is made by requesting a quote. The deposit is 50%. Once the inspection is completed, the price is confirmed or adjusted according to the property and the difference is paid.
