About us

We are judicial experts

Our inspectors are judicial expert surveyors in property matters, construction experts and judicial experts in refurbishment works and defective workmanship. This background allows us to detect the most common issues in new-build and resale homes, as well as hidden defects, and to document them with the rigour required for the outcome to be useful both technically and, where needed, in legal proceedings through an expert report.

REQUEST

01. Judicial experts with construction experience

We are judicial experts with proven experience in building defects, after-sales issues, refurbishment works and site execution. That practical background helps us separate cosmetic matters from what is truly relevant, identify the source of the problem and assess its real impact on durability, safety and habitability with sound technical judgement and responsibility.

02. Complete and methodical technical inspection

We inspect the property using an organised method: enclosures and building envelope elements such as carpentry, seals and insulation; finish quality; and visible installations including plumbing, electrics, air conditioning and ventilation. We assess damp, cracks, levels, floors, bathrooms and kitchens with clear checks so you understand what is happening and why.

03. Expert report with legal support

We deliver an expert report with evidence, including photographs and precisely described findings, together with conclusions and recommendations. It is a key document if you need to claim against a seller, developer or builder, because it technically records the defects and gives you a solid basis for negotiation, counter-expertise or legal proceedings.

Shared principles

Principles of the judicial expert

Objectivity and impartiality

Every opinion is based on facts and technical analysis, weighing favourable and unfavourable elements with neutrality and without acting for one side.

Professional independence

I work without pressure or external interests. I do not accept instructions that are conditioned by the outcome or by expectations unrelated to the technical assessment.

Truthfulness and completeness

Relevant information is not concealed and conclusions are not polished to suit a narrative. The report includes what has been observed, measured and verified, without bias.

Competence and specialisation

I only accept expert work within my technical field. I apply the right regulations and methodology and keep my knowledge and working tools up to date.

Case confidentiality

Case information is protected and used solely for the expert instruction. Data, images and documents are not disclosed.

Transparent and traceable method

Sources, measurements, hypotheses and limits are explained. The report states what has been checked, what could not be verified and why.

Conflicts of interest

If there is any relationship, interest or circumstance that could affect impartiality, it is declared and, where appropriate, the instruction is declined as a matter of prudence.

Diligence and procedural respect

Deadlines, notices and formal requirements are met. Ratification and clarifications are handled with rigour, clarity and respect for the procedure.

Documentary rigour and integrity

Evidence and traceability, including photographs, readings and annexes, are preserved to support the opinion. Ethical, professional conduct underpins credibility.
